Country lunch

Description: Typical stew from when the pig slaughter was done in the area in the past. Contains tenderloin, rib and a little pork liver.
From this dish comes the colored butter.
We serve it in tapas, stockings, portions or individual plate with fried potatoes from our garden.

Ingredients: Pork, saffron, oregano, dried pepper.
